JAK BUILDERS is a full service home remodeling, home improvement and home building contractor in San Diego. We established JAK BUILDERS in 1999. So, who are "we"? We are Josh and Andi Kitts, business partners, best friends and husband and wife. Now you can see how we got the name JAK - Josh and Andi Kitts.
Josh Kitts
Josh was introduced to home construction by his father who was also a general contractor. Josh grew up in the business, learning every aspect of building, remodeling and home improvement. Josh is a master carpenter and framer with a passion for building. He is also a proven problem solver. His wealth of knowledge and his framing experience are invaluable assets to any homeowner looking to build or remodel a home in San Diego.
Andi Kitts
Andi worked as a San Diego attorney during the day and helped manage and develop JAK BUILDERS at night before committing full time to the family business. Andi now works full time managing the administrative affairs of JAK BUILDERS and she is probably the first person you will speak with when you contact us.
Our Philosophy
JAK BUILDERS has grown considerably since 1999 and Josh and Andi are still directly involved in every aspect of our customers' projects. We firmly believe that you deserve our full attention and availability. Josh is involved in every project from beginning to end and we limit the amount of jobs we undertake. You can also reach us at any time because we give you our cell phone numbers in addition to our home office number.
We also believe in working with you to make your project feasible if your budget is a constraint. If you are flexible and open to suggestions we will gladly take the time to go over your options and offer affordable alternatives using creative and cost effective solutions.
