Home renovation consists of home improvements without structural changes to your home. Many home renovations, however, can be major projects.
Renovating your home can consist of interior renovations and/or exterior renovations. Examples of interior renovations include flooring changes, kitchen renovating, bathroom renovating, window replacement, door replacement, drywall re-texturing and moulding and baseboard installation.
Examples of exterior renovations include siding or stucco replacement, window replacement, door replacement, re-roofing, painting, and changing or adding exterior details such as trim, tile or fascia board.
